It gives us great pleasure to introduce Ana Rivera of Beauté Specialé.

When people ask “what do you do”, how do you answer?

We are a licensed mobile hair, makeup, and spray tan company that does services for weddings, special events, television, movies, magazines, promo ads, etc.

When and how did you get into the wedding industry?

I got into this wedding industry almost 27 years ago when the company I was working with, the Walt Disney Company, started to offer Disney weddings on their properties. Before the wedding chapel was built. They were ahead of their time in those days and were leaders in establishing weddings in Orlando.

What is your favorite thing about what you do? What’s your WHY?

My favorite part of working in this industry is all the lovely people we get to meet and connect with. Hair and makeup is such an important role in a bride’s day, we set the tone for the rest of the wedding professionals they will see through the day so it is important to go above and beyond and make their day extra special and make them feel beautiful and confident.

What is the best compliment you have received from your clients?

When they themselves become lifelong repeat clients over the years and refer us to their own family members and friends for their glam needs.

What is important for clients to know about your company before they book you?

We are licensed and insured professionals. We have many years of experience and are well versed in all ethnicities with skin tones and hair textures. We will go above and beyond to make sure our clients are happy with any service we provide.

What types of events do you specialize in?

We specialize in all events that have to do with hair and makeup. We are a very knowledgeable group of trained professionals that exceeds all of the client’s expectations.

Why do couples hire you?

They hire us because they know they are in good hands and they like the red carpet style of work we provide.

The best piece of advice for brides or grooms.

Do your research on all your vendors. Make sure everyone is licensed in the fields they need to be insured. Don’t be afraid to voice your opinion if something is not to your liking. Stop and take everything in and enjoy every moment. These moments are few and far in between. Make sure you stop for a few minutes on the day of the wedding to take it all in as that day is over before you know it.
