When people ask “what do you do”, how do you answer?
It depends on the person:-). Either an event consultant or a wedding consultant.
What did you do before you did this?
I was a corporate event planner for the Gaylord Palms Resort. I was blessed to be able to be on the opening team and loved every second of it! I learned so much about customer service and how to create WOW experiences during my time there!
When and how did you get into the wedding industry?
I planned weddings on the side for a few years and then jumped headfirst into my own company!
What is your favorite thing about what you do? What’s your WHY?
I absolutely LOVE taking a bride’s vision and creating it as her reality on her big day! Our clients are busy, career-focused couples that know what they want but don’t have time or knowledge to bring it to life. So I love being able to see the stress melt away when I can assure them I get their vision and they can enjoy their life and work while we plan the wedding of their dreams!
What motivates you to do this every day?
My team! They are passionate and driven. They come from so many backgrounds and together we make up a powerhouse team that can bring multiple ideas, knowledge, and creativity to all of our client’s weddings!
What is the best compliment you have received from your clients?
You just “get” it! You know exactly what I want before I even do!!
How did you decide on the name of your company?
My favorite movie is Steel Magnolias and Shelby describes her colors as Blush and Bashful:-)
What is important for clients to know about your company before they book you?
We are a team of women, not just one individual. Not only does this mean you get a group of creative minds to bring your wedding to life, but we also have built-in back-up plans should anything ever create a need for us to put a backup plan into place!

We love couples that have a story! We love hearing how they met, how their friendship evolved into a romance, and led us to plan their unforgettable day.

Couples hire us as their wedding planner because we are experts in the wedding industry. We have over a decade of experience working luxury events and weddings. We are able to create and design our client’s wedding vision and keep all the details on track. In addition to guiding the design of their wedding, we also manage their budget and logistical details including managing invitations, RSVPs, travel arrangements, and more! Our goal is to ensure our clients are stress-free during the planning of their big day so they can enjoy the most exciting time of their life!
What does your most popular package include?
Our most popular package is our Partial Plan for it was created for brides who need the perfect blend of a Day of Coordinator and a Full plan! Our partial plan includes Budget Creation, Management of Vendor Appointments, Attendance of Vendor Meetings, Guest Accommodation Assistance (RSVP’s & Hotel Room Block), Transportation Management, along with all the additions of our Day of Coordination Plan. This includes Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination, All Day Wedding Coverage by Lead Planner, and a Blush assistant onsite for the big day!

We offer everything from Day of Coordination to Full Planning!
Our Day of Coordination is 1800. We offer unlimited communication and unlimited event coverage time (with an assistant) on the big day! We also provide our couples with custom vendor referrals, so they get only the closest matches for their personalities and budget. Your planner running your wedding rehearsal the day before, Unlimited event day hour coverage, Setting up and packing away all personal items, and an assistant on the big day!
Our Partial Planning is 4000. We start by creating a budget with the couple, we book their appointments based on their schedules and attend meetings the couple needs the most support in. We manage either RSVPs, Hotel Organization, and Transportation for our partial plan clients. We fully take over the wedding around 6 weeks out, so our clients don’t have to manage small details and can focus on their upcoming events like Bachelorette/Bachelor parties, Bridal Showers, and family events. run their wedding rehearsal the day before, and have an unlimited event time with an assistant on the big day!
Our Full Planning starts at 8500. This is great for busy couples who want guidance and a partner-in-crime for their planning. We start by creating a budget, we schedule their vendor consults and meetings, and we attend all of them. We help couples with contract negotiating, and design choices while monitoring their overall budget. We manage the couples RSVPs, their hotels, and their transportation needs. We organize their Floral Mock-up and ensure everything is perfectly scheduled for the big day. We will run the rehearsal the day before, and we have unlimited event coverage on the wedding day (With an assistant).
What are the most common questions you get asked by brides and/or grooms?
How to form a seating chart and floorplan layout? What are the important details of venue contracts? How to plan transportation? How to set up a room block? Where to order invitations?
The best piece of advice for brides and/or grooms?
Discuss as a couple what your wedding vision is. What aspects are important to each of you and what represents you as a couple. This way when the vendor selection starts you are both on the same page and are able to agree on what fits your vision best. And don’t forget to have FUN! Enjoy the time being engaged and all the milestones that come with it.

Luxmore Grande Estate is a unique venue tucked away in the heart of Winter Springs, Florida. Upon arrival, you are welcomed by a cast-iron gate and the elegant estate sits on 5 acres of land, providing guests with a secluded and intimate experience. We love working at this venue for the natural lighting, chandeliers, grand staircase, and rustic library. Every photo captured at Luxmore Grande Estate is romantic and elegant. Luxmore truly is a luxury private event venue holding all the heart and comfort of a southern home.
The Howey Mansion is a historic home in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida. This nearly 100-year-old mansion has been restored to its former glory. As all good things come with age it presents itself as the perfect backdrop for any memorable event. We love working at this historic property, whether we are planning an elegant elopement to grand soiree, we love seeing our couples tie the knot at this timeless venue.
