Barnsley allows for all guests’ comfort levels! They have cottages onsite that alone can sleep about 200 people and also have an Inn with an additional 80 rooms. They have southern charm with an upscale service acumen that will please even the most discerning guests.

Close enough to Atlanta to make travel a breeze this resort is a perfect option to create a weekend destination for your guests! They have a pool, spa, golf course, clay shooting, horseback riding, and more! Allowing your guests to be fully entertained for the weekend when wedding activities are not in full swing. They also have multiple available locations allowing you to have your ceremony indoors, outdoors but covered, or in an open field.

Borghinvilla Wedding Venue in Queens Cres, St. Ann, Jamaica
What is one unique feature at this venue?
With breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, the venue is centrally located to many resorts/hotels for guests. There are 2 acres of lush flowers and plants and stunning seaside cliffs and sand. We hold only one wedding per day, plus Jamaica doesn’t require translation (if your documents are in English), nor do they require blood tests. They also only require 24 hours on the island to get married (or 6 hours docked on a cruise ship).
What is something this venue does or offers that makes it perfect for destination weddings?
We offer full services to avoid the unknown while planning a destination wedding in Jamaica, along with North American service standards mixed with the warm and friendly Jamaican touch (all employees are Jamaican). Our packages are completely customizable, and vendors are not standard outsourced services and are small local businesses that go above and beyond for each couple.
Couples can also bring their own photographer, videographer, hair/makeup artists, and wedding planners with no additional vendors fees.
When is the best time of year to get married at this venue?
Jamaica is warm all year round, but hurricane season runs from August to November, so some couples avoid the more risky months.

Anytime from April to November. North Carolina is truly beautiful throughout the year. Summertime is especially magical as the valley offers a mountain escape for your guests when it’s warm.

While located in the heart of Austin, your guests will feel completely secluded in a Mediterranean retreat while staying at this boutique hotel. Guests are able to enjoy everything the city has to offer while coming back to relax.
When is the best time of year to get married at this venue?
Spring is by far the best month at the estate. The gardens are lush, it’s cool enough to eat dinner outside but warm enough for a dip in the pool.

Finest Playa Mujeres in Cancún, Mexico
What is one unique feature at this venue?
One unique feature that we absolutely loved at Finest Playa Mujeres is that for a large resort, it’s still able to offer couples getting married there a feeling of intimacy. Exchanging vows on the beach is a dream for many couples until they realize that aside from the small section reserved for them, those gorgeous, sandy beaches are still open to other sunbathing guests of the hotel. Finest offers their couples a beautiful ceremony pavilion with the ocean as your backdrop that is still tucked away just enough to provide you with some privacy as you say your “I Do’s” surrounded by your closest family and friends.
What is something this venue does or offers that makes it perfect for destination weddings?
Most destination weddings are small, intimate gatherings of 50 or fewer guests and the venue options at many of the Mexican hotels and resorts reflect this. Finest Playa Mujeres is able to accommodate a larger guest count for those couples that have a lot of jet-setting friends — we were able to comfortably plan for over 80 guests.
When is the best time of year to get married at this venue?
The best time to get married in Mexico to avoid high season (and, in turn, higher prices), is the end of October through mid-December. However, the beginning of the year, January through March, offers the most ideal weather conditions.

What is one unique feature at this venue?
We love working at a Topnotch Resort, and one of the biggest features here is that Topnotch not only has an incredible inside location but also houses a stunning sailcloth tent overlooking the mountains. Couples are able to choose several locations for their ceremony, cocktail hour, and even reception.

Topnotch Resort is perfect for the destination wedding because it offers a large amount of lodging on site. Your guests can celebrate in one location. They also have an award-winning spa that couples and their bridal party can indulge in.
When is the best time of year to get married at this venue?
We personally feel the fall months of September through October are the best as the mountains are covered in a beautiful array of colors that come in red, yellow, gold, burnt orange, and of course, lush green. The temperature is also another reason to get married in the fall here, as it is often in the high fifties to low sixties, leaving the guests feeling comfortable and not overheated.
