When people ask “what do you do?” how do you answer?
I help make events amazing and make one of the most important days of someone’s life less stressful.
What did you do before you did this?
Darrin was (and still is) a DJ with FunFactory Entertainment. Cyndi was a piano teacher.
When did you get into the wedding industry?
About 10 years ago in 2008.
What is your favorite thing about what you do? What’s your WHY?
Being able to make one of the most important days of someone’s life incredible and stress-free.
Tell us about your most memorable event so far and why it was.
It is impossible to pick one particular one but we love helping vendors and clients in a bind and pulling off the seemingly impossible.
What’s the best part of your job?
Working in this industry and the amazing vendors and clients that we are fortunate to work with.
What motivates you to do this every day?
We are obsessed with the pursuit of perfection and trying to make sure every event goes perfectly as if it were our own event.
What fun fact would people be surprised to learn about you?
Darrin is obsessed with the Muppets and cannot function without caffeine. Cyndi used to have a strong Southern accent and she is wildly obsessed with chocolate.
What is the best compliment you’ve received from your clients?
The best compliment we can ever receive is how exceptional our customer service is and how beautiful our products are.
How did you decide on the name of your company?
We wanted something that said it all – what we do and where we do it.
What is important for clients to know about your company before they book you?
We are going to treat them like they are our family if we are fortunate to be able to work with them.
What is the most unique service/product you offer?
Our animated bar and LED dance floor.
What types of events do you specialize in?
Weddings, corporate, and social events.
What makes your business stand out from others in your category?
Our customer service, reliability, availability, and quick response time.

Ones that can enjoy the experience and don’t overthink things too much.
Why do couples hire you?
Many are referred to us and feel comfortable with us because of that reason.
What does your most popular package include?
Chairs and chargers / Tents, tables, chairs and lighting.
Why do you think your business is successful?
Because we treat our employees and clients like family and don’t take any event that we get to do for granted.

What are the most common questions you get asked by brides and/or grooms?
Price; are we allowed to adjust the counts of our rentals (especially in regards to tables and chairs); do we offer to put tents on reserve in case of bad weather.
What is your best piece of advice for brides or grooms?

What current trends have you seen at weddings that you personally like the most?
What do you think are the biggest misconceptions that people have about your vendor category?
People are not completely aware of how much we really offer and are not aware of the real cost of rentals.
Name three unique venues that you enjoy working at and why.
Casa Feliz – It is a unique and historic venue and we love working with Arthur’s as they are so easy to work with and are like family.
Alfond Inn – Beautiful venue and an amazing staff.
Art and History Museum – We consider it an honor to be their exclusive rental company and feel it is our responsibility to make sure that everything is perfect when we work there.
