When Wedding Venue Map chose to sponsor one of the biggest wedding shows in Central Florida, The Venue Experience at the Florida Wedding Expo, we knew it would provide a great opportunity for couples to really get to know some of the venues in Central Florida.
We all know that a wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event. It’s a day that you can’t wait to happen and cherish forever. And as a couple, you deserve to have the perfect wedding day. For our day, we had asked Laiacona Photography & Design to video the day, and capture some of the day’s events.
A couple should attend a bridal event because it is a great way to get to learn more about wedding vendors. So they can make sure that they are confident in the decisions they are making. This way they will be able to make an informed decision about who they want to work with.
It is also a great place to meet other couples who are experiencing some of the same things they are. They can find out about the different services that are available.
The best bridal events will also offer some kind of incentive for attending, like free gifts or discounts on your wedding. Wedding Venue Map has an ongoing monthly giveaway. We also hoped it would give couples an overview of segments of the bridal market, including wedding gowns with a stunning fashion show, wedding rings, florists, entertainment, and other related products.

It all began from the lobby, where our team was sharing information about the Wedding Venue Map and the venue experience waiting inside. We are a team of wedding directory professionals who are interested in helping couples find the perfect venue. We have created a map that shows all of the locations in our Central Florida area.
We were sharing information about the Wedding Venue Map, and showing the creative ways to search for a venue that is specific to a couple’s needs. The paper map is a simple and easy-to-use tool that showcases venues.
Inside the booth, couples could spend time with Shannon Tarrant, who took the time to have one-on-ones with curious brides and grooms, at the Wedding Venue Map booth, showing how technology and the WeddingVenueMap.com website could best help them find a perfect venue. We have created an online interactive map that shows all of the venue locations in our Central Florida area.
Our website takes into account what a couple indicates are their specific interests when looking for a venue. It is not just about the venue’s location but also the couple’s style and budget. Or the venue’s prices and the style of weddings they offer. It could even be various other search criteria, from pets being allowed at the venue to onsite catering.
The Wedding Venue Map booth was situated right between the Venue Experience, and the Vendor Hall, with a balloon arch between the two halls inviting everyone to have their photo taken by KMD Creations to remember a fun day of planning at one of Florida’s most fantastic wedding shows.
Inside the booth, a stunning green sofa provided by Cort Furniture Rental was the perfect landing spot for all who wanted to take a moment to wait and meet with Shannon Tarrant. Or for those who wanted to sit and watch the interactive screen showing just how easy the WeddingVenueMap.com website is for users to search and find their wedding venue. We all know it starts with the venue!
Remember, wedding shows are an opportunity to learn more about what you think you might want to make your day as wonderful and unique as you are.
