When Trellis 925 shared the couple’s wedding day details and amazing images by Nativ Lens we knew we wanted to share the inspiration behind this gorgeous wedding!

How did you bring the couple’s vision to life with the services/products that you provided?

We at Trellis 925 provided both the venue and day-of coordination. Our venue was the perfect, gorgeous backdrop to their unique style. We worked with the couple and created their timeline as well as layout to make sure that the flow in the venue was flawless.

We made certain that their decorator, B. Morrow Productions, had everything and all the necessary time they needed to create this unique and stylish wedding for Melody and Steven’s big day.

What was your favorite personal or design detail that was unique to the couple included in this wedding?

Their ceremony backdrop was stunning and unique. The use of different levels of decor, pampas grass, and other interesting elements, really brought their vision to life.

Tell me more about your roadmap for working with this couple.

We worked continuously with the couple answering all their questions about the wedding throughout the 7 months from booking to the wedding date. About 2 months before the wedding day they met their Day of Coordinator: Kathryn, who created a timeline and layout of their specific package with us.

She talked with their decorator to make sure there was enough time for set up between events and offered suggestions to make sure that the day flowed perfectly within the space.

Do you have any wedding planning or marriage advice that you’d like to share with other couples planning their day?

Figure out your style first and stick to it. A lot of couples get FOMO (fear of missing out) over the wide range of design/style options out there. This can make your planning very stressful if you are continuously changing your mind.

I highly suggest once you find a style you and your fiancé both agree on, download several inspirational photos such as bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquet, boutonniere, stationary, cake, and table set up and then delete your Pinterest and stop searching wedding styles until your wedding is over!

Trust me, the first style you decide on will be the right one for your wedding. All you have to do is think about you and your fiancé and things that make you happy from there on out to make your day perfect for you.

By the time we found Trellis 925, we had almost given up on finding a good wedding venue that matched our vibe and was a good price. When we first met Kathryn, their coordinator, she put our minds at instant ease because she was so knowledgeable about this industry. Their package was perfect for our budget and they worked wonderfully with our other vendors. We couldn’t have hoped for a more perfect day. The next time we have a big event it will certainly be at Trellis 925!
