Welcome to Club Lake. Located in the stunning countryside of Apopka, FL, Club Lake is a wedding venue set across 43 acres of natural bliss. The property has two lakes and is surrounded by Live Oaks and beautiful landscape. Our rustic outdoor venue with a fully air conditioned reception space provides an unforgettable setting for weddings or any special event.
The quaint town of Apopka, just north of Orlando, is home to Randy and Carol Suggs, owners of Club Lake. Having hosted a friend’s wedding on their property, the pair decided to open the haven up to other couples looking to celebrate their big day in the luscious green Floridian countryside. The Suggs hospitality knows no limits, and paying attention to every detail, they strive to create the perfect atmosphere for you and your guests.
At Club Lake, simplicity is a priority, both in the scenic environment, and in the planning. With different packages to offer, you can choose what is best for your wedding day. The venue has multiple areas available to guests, including the ceremony space, air conditioned reception hall, a secret garden, the Whiskey River Bar, and the lakeside gazebo for cocktail hour. You can relish in every moment, even before the ceremony begins, in the get-ready suites. With a list of trusted, preferred vendors to choose from, couples can plan every part of their day with ease. Tables, Chiavari chairs, and linens, glassware, flatware, and china are all provided, along with setup and clean up. The venue provides sound and lighting for the ceremony and reception, and your guests will be looked after by the on-site servers. With plenty of space for parking, you and your guests can relax and enjoy total convenience in this stunning landscape.

What is the average price range for venue rental?
We offer all-inclusive packages, based on 120 guests and the price would be close to $20,000
What is included in that cost?
We offer two all-inclusive packages that include almost everything needed such as catering, bar service, a month of wedding coordinator, florist package, decor, and DJ. We can customize those packages according to your guest count.
Does the venue provide catering and bar service? If so, what is the average cost per person?
Yes the catering is included and bar service as well as labor, tax and gratuity included up front. You can bring your own alcohol and cake/desserts.
Is there a minimum for booking?
50 guests is our minimum
Do you require wedding insurance?
No, we carry all our COIs for all vendors that are included.

When my husband and I were searching for wedding venues, we instantly fell in love with Club Lake Plantation Wedding Venue. The venue was not only absolutely beautiful and whimsical but also had amazing staff! We chose a package that allowed us to select vendors they work with, and every single one exceeded our expectations. Additionally, their decor rental option significantly streamlined the planning process. All guests who attended loved the venue, not one complaint. We had toured a few other venues prior to Club Lake, and none of them really felt \’right.\’ I was starting to get a little nervous about finding a venue. Fortunately, we found Club Lake. From the beautiful drive in, we knew this is where we wanted to get married. Not only is Club Lake a beautiful venue, the entire staff is so helpful and professional. The package made the entire wedding process so smooth and honestly overall, relatively stress-free. We had a perfect wedding, and we are so grateful for Club Lake and all the staff.

My husband and I just got married on 10/27/24. I have nothing but good things to say about the venue. Our wedding planner Tiffany was absolutely fantastic. Very responsive and attentive. She covered all bases that we might have missed. I loved the amount of space that was available so our guests were not confined to one specific place. Plenty of places for photo\’s and lots of different options on how to decorate your wedding. I highly recommend this venue if you are looking for an outdoor/ indoor venue with SPACE! The staff is kind and they also have a very large room to rent any décor for your perfect day!

This venue is straight out of a fairytale! The moment Dave and I drove up to tour the property we knew this was the place we wanted to get married. We never wanted to get married in FL because we didn’t want anything beachy and wanted more mountain vibes and this venue was EVERYTHING & more minus the mountains. Everywhere you look it’s so beautiful and unique. The bridal suite and grooms suite is beautiful! The ceremony space is so peaceful and absolutely stunning. Our guests were in shock all night at how beautiful this venue was and couldn’t believe this exists in FL. ALL of the staff were so helpful and sweet. They helped out so much and always did it with a genuine smile on their face. Clara, Kayla and Natalie thank you ladies for ALL the help leading up to the big day and on the big day. Even with a little rain it went so smooth and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for making our wedding day one for the books! We will forever cherish this day!
