Haus 820 is one of the first fully renovated historic warehouses in Central Florida to be turned into an event venue. Built in 1924 as an A&P grocery store and then converted into a furniture warehouse, the building has been restored to feature its original wall-to-wall white brick, 17-foot exposed rafters, charcoal stained and sealed cement floors.

As part of a redevelopment project right outside downtown Lakeland, Haus 820 is uniquely situated right off of I-4 and is easily accessible to Tampa and Orlando guests. Its urban, convenient location allows for easy access to all of the best our downtown has to offer.

The restoration of the building also brings the largest, non-traditional event venue to Lakeland, Florida. With an expansive footprint, the space is capable of accommodating events of all sizes.
