Pricing begins at $7990 for our basic package, but we have a number of package options depending on how involved you'd like to be on the day of your wedding!

Exclusive use of the property beginning at 8:00am on your wedding day, use of the venue for 5 hours for your event, a 90 minute ceremony rehearsal, use of our air conditioned/ heated 3000 square foot barn, 20 round guest tables or 20 farm tables (or a combination of the two), 150 white resin garden chairs, a spacious dance floor, pond-side covered porch for cocktail hour, paver stone firepit (wood included), a "people-mover" and driver to transport guests to and from parking, large air-conditioned/ heated/ handicap friendly restrooms, use of the venue for engagement/ anniversary/ family photos, a day of coordinator, a four week meeting to go over the details of the big day, custom built live-edge bar, one bartender, ice, cups, and cocktail napkins, high top cocktail tables, furniture for your sign in, gifts, and wedding favors, outdoor lawn games, ceremony props (cross, arches, etc.), doors for ceremony processional, choice of ceremony sites, chandelier and drapery in barn entryway, use of any decor that we have

We have an exclusive caterer that we highly recommend, but we are happy to host any caterer you'd like as long as they are licensed and insured!

There are so many beautiful ceremony sites and photo opportunities! The property is incredibly spacious, but it is tucked away from the rest of the world and feels intimate and peaceful!

At a recent wedding, our bride and groom were having an appetizer and a glass of wine by themselves under our pergola while their guests enjoyed cocktail hour next to the pond. Sunset was approaching and about 10 deer ran across the property! Everyone was so excited and it was incredibly beautiful! Our bride and groom were able to get an up-close look because the deer ran right by them. It was such a magical moment, and this isn't the first time the deer have made an appearance on a wedding day!

We include as much as possible in our packages to keep our weddings affordable! We allow our couples to purchase and bring their own alcohol to save money on their bar costs. We have an entire cottage full of decor and florals that our brides can use free of charge! We've also started offering services such as drapery and up lighting in house to keep costs down.
