Shades of Green provides all catering and bar services with the exception of the wedding cake which you are required to use a recommended vendor for. Average $135 per person meal price. Alcoholic Beverages range between $6.50-$10.

Magnolia Package is designed for 30 guests. There is a minimal fee for any additional guests. Palm Package has a minimum of 30 guests.

Location, Price and Flexibility - We are located on WDW property across from the Polynesian. As a resort designed to host military members and their families, we are home to some of the largest guest rooms on property which are available at a great rate and TAX FREE. We designed the Palm Package with flexibility in mind. You select the vendors you want to work with (using our recommended list as a guide) to personalize everything for your special day.

You will work with your day of coordinator to fine tune all of the details! Included in all of the packages is two hours of setup time prior to the ceremony. Additional setup time can be booked for a small fee based on availability. We host meetings, banquets, conferences, trainings, military balls, social events such as birthday parties, anniversaries and baby showers.

Yes! Pending availability groups can have a room block and have access to the largest and most reasonably priced rooms around. Your room block will be built into your contract and are a courtesy hold for you to book. Guests will need to book reservations prior to the cutoff date which is sixty days before the check in date.
