What makes your venue unique?

What makes us most unique is all of the space on the property we have to offer and the extremely large barn that holds up to 400 guests. The custom made farmhouse tables, whiskey barrel cocktail tables, three built-in bars, and so much more which we have personally built on site. Our most popular package includes a bridal suite, access to all of our decor inventory, and the ability to decorate and set up the day before the big day!

We have been told that we have a very laid back atmosphere. Our goal is to make sure the bride and groom, along with their families, coordinators, and/or planners are set up with everything they need and then we step back and allow them to enjoy every step of their event without any stress.

 

 

The Barn at Waller Ranch

What makes your venue unique?

The Barn at Waller Ranch located in the rolling hills of Central Florida was completed in November 2017. The owners, Charles and Cindy Waller, built the venue for their daughter’s formal wedding held on November 11, 2017, to accommodate 300 guests.

The Barn at Waller Ranch is not your typical barn. With its elegant custom chandeliers, light gray stained wood walls, gray swirled flooring, and mahogany wood chairs, the barn can be styled for a formal event or a more rustic and casual event with little decor required. The custom-built cedar bar is complete with a 4k TV (for when the big game is on). The Bridal Suite is a beautiful space for brides and bridesmaids to enjoy getting ready for the big day. Caterers have ample space to work in the large commercial kitchen. Five commercial air conditioning units allow for any type of Florida’s unpredictable weather.

Waller Ranch is a family-owned working cattle ranch raising Braford cattle and harvesting hay and seed. The Barn at Waller Ranch isn’t just a barn. It is a refined, custom-built venue with attention to every little detail.

Not only is the barn itself distinctive but also the terms of our rental agreement further sets The Barn at Waller Ranch apart from other venues. The barn is a “DIY” venue with an open vendor policy, which allows brides and event hosts to select any vendors they prefer. Our three-day rental provides brides and event hosts ample time for set-up and clean-up and allows brides and grooms to host their rehearsal dinner at the barn. The Barn at Waller Ranch truly is a unique and beautiful venue!

 

Blue View Barn

What makes your venue unique?

We have an open-air wedding chapel that is located in the middle of our blueberry bushes! It has antique doors at the entrance and market lights over the seating area. It is a very beautiful and romantic setting for the ceremony.

We offer our couples maximum opportunity to customize their wedding day. They can choose from our large collection of decorations and they can choose to use any vendors they prefer to create the wedding of their dreams.

 

Bridlewood Ranch

What makes your venue unique?

Rustic feel with a lakefront setting offers the opportunity to pull off any theme. Quiet and secluded with ample space for larger events. A private site for the bridal party, and saloon for the groom’s party. Heavily wooded with a lot of photo opportunities.

We sincerely care for each of our couples and strive to provide them the most beautiful day, and so far we have made that happen in every instance. Our reviews speak not only of the venue but the incredible team that makes their day special and enjoyed by all. We take extra measures that most other venues either do not provide, or they charge for it. With the permission of the bride & groom, we donate the leftover food to first responders and/or families in need. We encourage our couples to purchase flowers locally grown and to utilize local vendors. Our Bridlewood team and their interactions with our couples are what makes us, hands down, the best farmhouse or barn venue in Central Florida!

 

 

Hastings Ranch & Farm

The Hastings dream of having our own private ranch evolved into something much larger than we had expected, and now organizations and individuals from all over Central Florida inquire about private special ranch events and much more. The barn does have A/C, includes a beautiful bride’s quarters, hand-built farm tables, wedding benches, cocktail tables, wine barrels, and much more that you must see. Many outdoor wedding sites that are perfect for photography and videography. Amazing sprawling oak trees and a beautifully restored working ranch building on the property.
