What makes your venue unique?

We are a boutique luxury hotel with only 112 guest rooms located in the heart of Winter Park. With the perfect amount of event space to accommodate weddings up to 240 guests, we never do more than one event at a time. Our staff puts all of their focus on that one couple and making their day more than they ever expected.

Located just a little over a block from Park Avenue and a bountiful amount of shops and restaurants, guests of our weddings will experience a wedding weekend and not just a wedding night. Our walls are adorned with pieces from The Alfond Collection of Contemporary Art, and there are several other museums within walking distance of our venue.

The Alfond Inn directs net operating income from our weddings and events to The Alfond Scholars Program at Rollins College, benefiting students for years to come. We consider ourselves a not for profit. Since opening in 2013, we have been named the best place for a wedding by the Orlando Sentinel, OBJ, and Orlando Magazine. For five years, Conde Nast Traveler has voted us the best hotel in Florida. We don’t have a brand behind us, but we have made our mark by offering five-star service and a beautiful venue to our wedding couples and their guests.

Our beautifully renovated ballrooms, outdoor space, and brand new ballroom that can accommodate up to 500 guests for a sit-down dinner! We’ve come a long way from where we were in the past! Our reviews have increased, we have great vendor partnerships, and we even hosted a wedding giveaway for one lucky couple!

What makes your venue unique?

We are the largest hotel in downtown with 20,000 square feet of indoor event space and 15,000 square feet of outdoor event space. Our outdoor event space looks over downtown and can fit over 500 guests for a reception or ceremony.

Our team volunteers each month at various organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House and Second Harvest Food Bank. We have great reviews on Wedding Wire and The Knot and received Couples Choice Awards for 2018.

What makes your venue unique?

We have 50,000 square feet of meeting space, with grand chandeliers in two of our ballrooms. We can accommodate events for over 500 attendees. We are conveniently located at the Florida Mall and provide ample self-parking which is extremely valuable to the guest experience when attending events.

When a couple starts planning their wedding day at Mission Inn, they become part of the family. The service team works tirelessly to put couples at ease throughout the planning process, working to create a day that is unique to them and is within their budget. Since our couples are family, we take care of them and have done two last-minute wedding ceremonies this year for brides diagnosed with cancer.
