Pricing for the Custom Wedding Package at The Treasury on the Plaza is based on the day of the week and how far in advance you book.

We also offer an all-inclusive Intimate Weekday Wedding Package for available dates Monday-Thursdays and Summer Sundays in 2023 and 2024 (holidays and weekends excluded). This package is available for weddings with guest counts of 100 people or less.

The Custom Venue Package at The Treasury on the Plaza includes exclusive access to all of the venue spaces for up to 10 hours for a wedding reception only or 11 hours for a wedding ceremony and reception. Tables, seating, lounge furniture, lighting, decor, and more are included with the Custom Package. This package is ideal for couples who want to customize their vendor selections for a one-of-a-kind event!

Our Intimate Weekday Wedding Package is perfect for couples who prefer a one-stop-shop approach to wedding planning. This package includes all of your venue rental amenities, a bar package through our Vault bar, and upgraded Hollywood Lighting. We have also partnered with some of St. Augustine's best wedding vendors to provide catering, day-of wedding coordination, wedding cake, rental items, and DJ services!

Bar Services are provided by The Treasury on the Plaza. Full bar packages range from $40-$60 per guest, and beer and wine packages range from $30-$48 per guest. Full bar package options and pricing can be viewed by visiting our website. Our Intimate Weekday Wedding Package includes a Silver Full Bar Package, with the option to upgrade.

BAR TASTINGS: As a special part of your event planning experience, we offer complimentary personalized bar tastings! You’ll be able to sit back and relax as you meet with the incredible members of our bar team to sample and select the perfect beverage options.

Bar service minimum is $3,500 on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, and $1,500 on non-holiday Monday-Thursdays.

Yes, liability insurance is required. You are welcome to explore this option on your own, however our events team will be happy to assist you in obtaining your certificate of insurance. The cost is $175, which covers you and lists The Treasury as additionally insured for up to $1,000,000 on the day of your wedding. Our Intimate Weekday Wedding Package includes liability insurance coverage.

There are so many unique features, it's difficult to narrow down!

1. The Grand Ballroom: It's hard to describe how beautiful this space is until you see it for yourself! We love that the size of the room is flexible to accommodate weddings from 40-225 guests. There are also some amazing lighting features that are built into the room. This is wonderful for later in the evening, when you want to transform the space from "classic elegance" to the perfect party spot!

2. The Vault Bar: During your reception, guests will sip craft cocktails inside The Vault Bar. Hidden inside of the original 1927 bank vault, we like to refer to The Vault as the "safest" bar in town!

3. Private Suites: Couples love these swanky suites for hanging with their wedding parties and doing final touch-ups before the wedding begins!

"Typical" isn't often a word that we hear used to describe weddings at The Treasury! Because couples have exclusive use of the venue on their wedding day for 10-11 hours, there is room for timeline flexibility.

Couples usually arrive at their private suites 3-3.5 hours prior to the wedding start time, which is when vendors also start their setup process. After getting ready, couples often do first-looks in the Grand Lobby before heading out to historic downtown St. Augustine for photos. Many of our couples choose to host their ceremony in the Grand Ballroom at The Treasury. From there, guests enter the adjacent Exchange Gallery for cocktail hour, while Treasury staff and the couple's vendor team magically tranform the Grand Ballroom for the reception. When guests enter back into the ballroom, it's a whole new world! There are showstopping grand entrances, dinner, drinks, and then it's time to get down on the dance floor!
