Our Excel into Elegance wedding pro event was designed to feel sophisticated, intentional, and undeniably elevated. Inspired by a romantic sunset palette of rich purples, warm oranges, and champagne tones, the design embraced layered textures, statement florals, beautiful linens, and thoughtful details that felt luxurious without being overly formal.
Set against the Tuscan-inspired backdrop of Bella Collina, the entire evening felt like an experience from the moment guests arrived. Elevated cocktail attire, live harp music, roaming caviar and oysters, an editorial photo experience, a beautifully designed dinner, and plenty of unexpected details brought the vision to life.
The goal was to create an atmosphere that reflected the conversation happening in the room: excellence is in the details. Every element was intentionally curated to give our guests the opportunity to experience the same level of hospitality, creativity, and attention to detail we were discussing on stage.

One of the most valuable parts of Excel into Elegance was the opportunity to hear directly from the people working behind the scenes at some of Central Florida’s most respected luxury wedding venues and resorts.
Our featured panel brought together Melanie Halusek and Taylor Tufts of Bella Collina, Laure Hitzig Clavette of Four Seasons Resort Orlando, Natalie Arroyo of Waldorf Astoria Orlando, and Jennifer Sharpe of Swan Reserve, with the conversation moderated by Shannon Tarrant, Co-Founder of Wedding Venue Map.
