The space at 1010 West transformed into a high-energy mix of urban edge and tropical warmth, creating a setting that felt both stylish and fun.

1010 West set the tone for the evening with its industrial, open-concept space that allowed the jungle-inspired design to come to life in a bold and immersive way from the hallway entrance (with our signature green rug) to the beautiful inside of the open floor plan.

Ribbon and Rogue helped shape the flow of the evening. They made sure every activation, vendor setup, and guest experience felt seamless and intentional. They helped bring the design to life and really showcase the theme we were going for!
VMA Sound Entertainment kept the energy of the entire evening moving with a seamless soundtrack that matched the flow of the event from start to finish. From upbeat networking moments to high-energy activations, the music helped set the tone and elevate the overall guest experience throughout the celebration.

Connie Duglin Linen helped define the visual texture of the tablescape with a curated selection of bold, animal-inspired linens that tied directly into the jungle theme. The design featured a mix of Jungle Cat, Cougar, Wild Shag Square, and cheetah runners, each layering pattern and depth to create a striking, fashion-forward foundation for the tabletop design. These linens brought movement, contrast, and personality to the space while still supporting the overall cohesive aesthetic of the event.
Graze Craze Lake Nona created a beautifully styled grazing experience that felt both elevated and approachable for guests throughout the evening. Their display featured abundant charcuterie boards filled with artisan cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, crackers, and thoughtfully styled accompaniments designed for easy mingling and grazing. It was the perfect interactive food experience for a networking-style celebration.

Table Top Catering leaned fully into the “wild jungle” theme with creative, flavor-forward dishes that felt playful and elevated at the same time. Guests enjoyed items like teriyaki chicken sliders with rum-roasted pineapple and citrus aioli, blackened shrimp skewers with andouille and pepper, and butternut squash ravioli finished with brown butter sage and pomegranate pearls. Every bite was designed to be visually striking while still easy to enjoy during a social, high-energy Where the Wild Pros Are wedding pro event.

Foodie Catering delivered a bold and satisfying menu that felt perfect for a lively, interactive evening. Their pulled BBQ brisket sliders offered a rich, crowd-pleasing option with customizable toppings like slaw, pickles, and banana peppers, while their arugula and watermelon salad cups added a fresh, seasonal balance. The menu was designed to keep guests energized while they moved through the Where the Wild Pros Are wedding pro event and connected with other vendors.

Traditions Mobile Bartending kept the energy flowing all evening with a full-service bar experience featuring wine, sodas, and thoughtfully crafted mocktail options for non-alcoholic guests. The signature cocktail, The Pink Panther, featured a refreshing strawberry lemonade blend that tied beautifully into the playful jungle-inspired theme and gave guests a fun, memorable drink to enjoy while networking.
Bloom Flower Wall Rentals added stunning floral installations throughout the space that doubled as both design features and photo-ready moments, enhancing the overall jungle-inspired aesthetic.

Bake Me A Cake provided beautifully crafted desserts that added a sweet and celebratory touch to the evening, perfectly complementing the event’s elevated yet playful atmosphere. They also brought a gorgeous jungle themed three tier cake that was a showstopper.

Magnolia Company brought the jungle theme to life with lush greenery installations, including layered table garlands and bold ROAR moss letters that became one of the standout visual moments of the night.
